HIGHLY IMPORANT NOTICE FOR NEW USERS

 Xteq X-Setup requires some Scripting system files
 to work properly. If these files are not installed,
 X-Setup may crash!!!

 See "REQUIRED FILES" for more information.

HIGHLY IMPORANT NOTICE FOR X-SETUP USERS

 Because of the huge changes this version of X-Setup 
 has, you *NEED* to uninstall any old version of 
 Xteq X-Setup before installing this release!!!

 Not doing so may lead to "ghost" plug-ins and other 
 strange effects. If you interested what has been 
 changed, please see:

INSTALLING XTEQ X-SETUP

 To install Xteq X-Setup, extract all files from the 
 archive to a directory and start SETUP.EXE.

 After Setup has finished, this directory can be
 deleted.

REQUIRED FILES

 Xteq X-Setup requires some of the Microsoft
 Scripting system files.

 If you are using Internet Explorer 4.0 (or above)
 or Windows 98, you already have all needed files.

 Else you need to install the Microsoft Scripting 
 Engine, which can be obtained for free from the 
 following URL:

 http://www.microsoft.com/msdownload/vbscript/scripting.asp

 To remove this program, use the Control Panel - 
 "Add/Remove Programs" icon.
